Propelling our legacy into the future.
2026 Stewardship
Campaign
Dear Plymouth Friends:
I have the privilege of chairing the Board of Christian
Stewardship this year, and want to share some thoughts about
our annual fall campaign.
If the Plymouth Capital Campaign is about securing our future,
think of stewardship as thriving in the present. The long-term
care of our roof, kitchen, and pipe organs is essential; every bit
as important is a healthy, regular operating budget for 2026, and
that begins with stewardship and our shared commitments.
What does next year look like? In 2026, we hope and expect
to be fully staffed for the first time in some years! Our budget
will include — formally as a new line item — a building
maintenance fund (to properly plan for regular upkeep needs).
These are healthy initiatives that also call for our full support
and participation. Many hands!
I’m happy to share that the Plymouth Foundation has again
approved a stewardship matching grant: any increase in your
estimate of giving over this year, and all new estimates of giving
will be matched 100% up to $125,000. Please help us garner
that generous support! If you’ve never completed an estimate
of giving before, please consider doing so. It will deepen your
love for Plymouth! And if you can stretch a bit more, remember:
stretching is good for you!
We have so much to celebrate. Your support makes possible
ALL of what happens at Plymouth — amplifying messages
of love and hope, welcoming all, and making a profound
difference in our lives.
With deep gratitude from me and the Board of Christian
Stewardship,*
